Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the GoalieIQ iPhone app. By installing or using GoalieIQ you agree to them. GoalieIQ is also licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement; where that agreement and these terms conflict, Apple's terms govern the license itself.
What GoalieIQ is
GoalieIQ is a training aid. It uses an AI model to interpret video clips you provide and produce goaltending feedback, ratings and drill suggestions.
It is not coaching, and it is not medical advice
Analysis is generated automatically and can be wrong, incomplete, or misleading — particularly with poor camera angles, bad lighting, or unusual plays. Treat it as a second opinion, not instruction. Drills and workouts carry physical risk. Use your own judgement, work within your ability, and consult a qualified coach, trainer or physician before acting on anything the app suggests. You are responsible for your own safety and for supervising any minor using the app.
Subscriptions
- GoalieIQ offers an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks AI film analysis. The price, billing period and any free trial are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your content
You keep all rights to the video you analyze. You grant us only the narrow permission needed to process the frames you submit and return a result. We do not store them, and we do not use your footage to train models. You must have the right to the footage you submit — don't upload video of other people who haven't agreed to it.
Acceptable use
- Don't attempt to bypass the paywall, rate limits, or the analysis backend.
- Don't submit content that is unlawful, or that you have no right to use.
- Don't resell, redistribute, or present GoalieIQ's output as your own commercial coaching product.
- Don't reverse-engineer the app except where that right can't be excluded by law.
We may suspend access that abuses the service or degrades it for other users.
Availability
GoalieIQ depends on third-party services, including Apple, our analysis provider, and map and video data sources. Features may change, and analysis is subject to usage limits described in the app. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Disclaimer and liability
GoalieIQ is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of GoalieIQ is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
